Where are your Press Contacts?

Guidelines, Press Release

Always be sure to make your Press Contacts readily available. A few options are:

  • Place the ‘Press Contacts’ at the bottom of each press release.
  • Place Link the ‘Press Contacts’ section from the press release.
  • Place the ‘Press Contacts’ in the sidebar of the Press Section.

We remove the contact information from the bottom of the Press Release:

It’s a smart practice to always place the ‘Press Contact’ information at the bottom of the press release. But, you of course don’t want regular consumers contacting you.

Don’t worry! We always remove the ‘Press Contact’ information from the bottom of the press release before publishing it.

This is also why it is a good practice to place it at the bottom of the press release and nowhere else in the press release. You don’t want editors to miss it and leave it in the press release
